Graduate Student Staff Member David Corwin is the newest social media intern for Stop Street Harassment, a local organization committed to advocating against gender-based violence in the DC area. Holly Kearl, founder of Stop Street Harassment, is an adjunct professor for George Mason University. Kearl founded this organization in 2008 and has been involved in events such as International Street Harrassment Week and the Sixteen Days of Gender Activism, bot nationally recognized events. David will be responsible for social media organization in his new role as well as programming for the organization.
