Educators must have a clear understanding of the developmental issues facing students including adult students, factors that affect development, and be able to work with individuals, groups, and organizations within the campus community to establish conducive learning environments. Application of psychosocial, cognitive development, identity, and person-environment interaction theories are considered in depth.

Application of psychosocial, cognitive development, identity, and person-environment interaction theories are considered in depth. May not be repeated for credit.

Enrollment limited to students with a class of Advanced to Candidacy, Graduate, Junior Plus, Non-Degree or Senior Plus.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate, Non-Degree or Undergraduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Undergraduate degree may not enroll.
