How to Reserve the Center for Group Meetings and Events

We welcome the use of our space by Mason faculty, staff students, departments, and organizations. The center accommodates about 40 people but is also suitable for smaller gatherings of just a handful of people.

We have an adjustable conference table and a lounge area for use. A 42'' flat screen television is available for presentations, television or movie screenings. A projector for larger groups is available upon request.  The center also has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for visitor use.

To reserve the space, individuals must contact Christine Hernandez (cherna11@gmu.edu).  Although we try to accomodate all requests, reservations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
