Graduate Students to Present at Women and Society Conference

Graduate students David Corwin and AJ Jones will both present papers at the 23rd Annual Women & Society conference at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. Both David and AJ are students in the MAIS in Women and Gender Studies program. David will be presenting a paper titled "Women as Part of the Patriarchy: Masculinity, Women, and Relationships in Virginia Woolf's Novels" and AJ will be presenting "What's in a Narrative? A Comparative Analysis Of Tomboy Masculinities in Southeast Asia." Both David and AJ conducted their research for their coursework in Spring 2014. The conference takes place yearly and encourages interdisciplinary research. The conference takes place from October 24-25, 2014.
