WGST Minor Felicia Baez won this year's Outstanding Student award in the School of Integrative Studies for her commitment to academic achievement throughout her time at Mason. Also, at George Mason University's annual Black Graduation, Felicia was also awarded the Dennis Weathers Award for her commitment to activism and academic work that focuses on social justice. This award is given by the African and African American Studies program. Felicia will be continuing her education here in the Public Health program here at Mason.
